The new year is here. Goals and resolutions have been made. And oftentimes, the Spring season reminds us to reconnect with our self-care and wellness practices when distractions have gotten in the way.

This 30-minute free nonprofit webinar recording has been designed to do just that - help you establish, or re-establish, wellness practices so you can pour into others from an abundant cup!

During this 30-minute FREE Nonprofit Webinar Recording, we will show you step-by-step how to create space for yourself this Spring so you can recharge your batteries. Part of the steps will include a guided meditation that I will personally lead you through. It is intended to help you quiet the external noise and find peace within. No experience with meditation is needed. At the end of this webinar recording, you will have the knowledge and the tools to recover and rest so you can reconnect with your passionate work.
