Having served in various leadership positions in marketing, communications and advancement at academic institutions around New England, his approach is rooted in conducting immersive research, extrapolating key themes from stakeholder dialogue, and aligning goals, objectives, and strategy.
Raffi has presented to audiences around the world on behalf of organizations including the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP), Maine / Arizona / Honolulu Association of Nonprofits, and United Ways of Maine.
A new father and a recording artist with three original albums, Raffi has led a wide range of strategic initiatives for institutions including Harvard Business School, Trinity College, Worcester State University, Maine College of Art & Design, Maine Media College, Tufts University, Becker College, Clark University, and others.
