John Duffy has over 30 years of experience assisting organizations and communities achieve their goals. He provides professional and organizational development training in the nonprofit and public sectors, both domestically and internationally. John specializes in the areas of strategic planning, organizational development, program evaluation, capital improvement planning and leadership. He blends theory and practice in his training in order that we understand the ‘whys’ and the ‘hows’ of what we do.
John holds a PhD and maintains professional certificates from the American Institute of Certified Planners, the International City/County Managers Association and also has obtained the Myers-Briggs Certified Indicator certificate. John is a professor at the University of Alaska, Anchorage in the College of Business and Public Policy and a visiting professor at the National University of Mongolia.
